In September 2011 thanks to grant funding from Veolia Trust, we were able to fund a new fence instalation between Woodside Park and the woods. This will assist the hedgerow to develop (and help the cricket club from losing balls in the woods!).

      

The pictures below show the excellent work done by Groundwork at North Benfleet Hall Wood in August 2011 to dig out a ditch that had become blocked due to general rubbish. The blockage was causing the wood to flood during heavy rain, a problem now resolved, Thank You Groundwork
